# Troubleshooting

### Problem : What should I do if QATTS complains about Chrome Driver incompatibility.

###  Solution: 

1. Check the current version of Chrome browser
2. Download exact version of Chrome Web Driver
3. Stop the Agent if it is running at the moment
4. Go to Agent Setup --> drivers
5. Replace the chromedriver file with the downloaded chromedriver.
6. Restart Agent
